Classes
Our Classes are held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Bailey Hall and no advanced registration is required.
Classes are $8.00 or $65.00 for the whole month (one class per day) or $115 (2 classes per day). Your first class is always free. You don't need to bring your own mat or ball on the first day; one will be provided for you. Payment may be made via check to SIMC or through secure give here (select purchase, click show all, then Fitness Classes).

Callie Smith, Fitness Instructor
Callie Smith is a born and raised Savannah native with 15 years of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, with a concentration in wellness and nutrition, from Liberty University. Callie is currently a Certified Personal Trainer, and has experience training a wide range of ages and fitness levels from children to seniors.
Callie’s health and fitness philosophy focuses around making positive, steady changes to help others live their most functional life for years to come. She believe in the power of education in the health and wellness industry sphere, and loves teaching others how to discover their ‘Why in Life.”
